1. Processing Time & Shipping Fee
Each order from Epic Textiles Inc. is processed with care and attention to detail.

Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing, quality checks, and packaging before shipment. -
Peak Seasons (Holidays/New Year):
Processing times may extend up to 5 business days during peak periods due to higher order volumes. -
Shipping Fee:
We charge a flat $6.99 shipping fee for all orders, regardless of location.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Since we work with global fulfillment centers, delivery times may vary based on your location.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, orders are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes assessed by your country are the responsibility of the customer. -
Customs Delays:
Epic Textiles Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. While customs fees are uncommon for textiles, they may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
5. Order Modifications & Cancellations
We process orders promptly to ensure timely delivery.

If you need to modify your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at service@enceale.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once your order is processed, modifications or cancellations cannot be made.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Your satisfaction is our priority.

Damaged Items:
If your package arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged items within 72 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost. -
Lost Packages:
If the carrier confirms that your package is lost in transit, we will send a replacement free of charge.
