At Epic Textiles Inc., we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free. Our Return & Refund Policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure your satisfaction.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition (unused, unworn)

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • You must have a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return request is approved:

  • We will provide a return shipping label

Important:
Returns will not be accepted if the item is sent back without prior authorization. Please ensure to contact us before returning any items.

3. Damages & Issues

We encourage you to inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants, flowers)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Original shipping charges paid at checkout

We do not accept returns on:

5. Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  • Please return the original item for a refund

  • Once your return is processed, place a new order for the replacement item

6. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without any reason or justification.

Conditions for EU returns:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, with original tags

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

This 14-day period applies regardless of the standard 30-day return policy.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process.

Note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
